When we’re surrounded by the peaks of successes past and future, our tendency is to jump into action. We want to fix, to problem-solve, to get active, to strategize. But the valley between the peaks is a fruitful and abundant space - A place to connect, to gain insights and birth ideas. When leaders are courageous enough to lead through the valley, their culture blossoms, their team unites and gets creative, setting the course for the next peak.
During this session, Erin will walk through her proprietary brand and culture building methodology to explore how leaders can adopt a courageous approach: using discomfort to uncover deeper company awareness, richer team connections and stronger strategic directions.

Consider us your guides, facilitators and advisors but never your dictators. We don’t exist to tell you what’s right. We have the questions, but you have the answers. We're here to help you build your own guidelines for success.
In the fall of 1727 Benjamin Franklin founded Junto also known as the Leather Apron Club, a club for mutual improvement.
Junto Club was a launching pad for many public projects. Out of the meetings came proposals for the creation of the first lending library, the Union Fire Company, the University of Pennsylvania, volunteer militia, and, the Pennsylvania Hospital.
Junto Club became the American Philosophical Society founded in 1743 to promote useful knowledge.
In 2008, inspired by the original Junto Club, Junto Montreal was created as a non-profit platform to serve the Montreal community. It organizes events seeking to democratize knowledge.
